Frequently Asked Questions - Meeting Room

Our facility in Zincirlikuyu, Istanbul has six meeting rooms with a capacity to of 4 to 12 people. You can contact our call center to obtain information about meeting rooms at our overseas facilities.

All our meeting rooms have wireless Internet access, white boards and flip charts. In addition, some meeting rooms have projection devices and screens and others have LCD screens.

You can connect to the Internet for free either wired or wireless. The wireless password will be provided to you by the help desk.

Unlimited tea and coffee is served in the meeting rooms for free.

You can contact our call center and make an hourly or daily booking by phone. An email will be sent to you after your booking is made.

You can use the meeting rooms every day from 09:00 - 18:00 on weekdays and from 09:00 - 15:00 on weekends. Our meeting rooms are closed outside of these hours.

You can cancel your meeting room booking, provided that you inform us 24 hours in advance, and you in such a case you will have any down payment refunded to you.
